Double Fried Chicken
Ingredients Instructions

DOUBLE - CRISPY CHICKEN 
7 c. crushed Corn Flakes (to 1 3/4 c.)
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
Southern Seasoning
3 lbs. frying chicken pieces, rinse and dry
Southern Original Frying Oil

DOUBLE - CRISPY CHICKEN 
Beat egg and milk slightly. Add flour and Southern Seasoning. Dip chicken into batter. Coat with crushed cereal. Place in single layer, skin side up, in greased shallow baking pan. Drizzle with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter. Fry with Southern Original Frying Oil. Double Delicious
